– All orders are usually dispatched in 3-5 days after receipt of payment, depending on the type of gift ordered. In cases where you choose a future delivery date, the order will be shipped according to the chosen date.
– We ship orders through reputed national couriers with a tracking option. Based on the service chosen for delivery by our system, the tracking details will be shared with you, once the order is shipped.
– We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
– We take due care to package gifts according to their packaging requirement, to minimise the chance of damage in transit.
– You will most likely receive the order for your physical gifts order between 9 AM and 9 PM, Monday through Saturday. Delivery days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control such as unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes, pandemic containment measures, etc.
– In case of orders for e-gifts, you will receive the delivery virtually through E-mail, WhatsApp or on call, based on the surprise chosen.
