At Funky Graphix, we understand how important it is to receive your personalized gifts on time. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion, we ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience across India.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all our products within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Standard Products: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Personalized/Customized Products: Since each item is handcrafted with care, processing may take 2-4 business days before dispatch.
Note: Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather delays, courier service issues, or regional restrictions.
4. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can track your order using our website or the courier company’s portal.
6. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999
- Flat Rate Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹999
Note: Additional charges may apply for remote locations (as per courier policies).
7. Payment Options
- We accept online payments only (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for personalized/customized products.
8. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries
If the courier company is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to us. You may be charged for re-shipping or receive a refund (excluding shipping fees).
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In rare cases, if your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@funkygraphix.com with order details and images. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
10. Returns & Refunds
Since most of our products are personalized, returns are only accepted if the item is defective or incorrect. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
